As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are looking for a Mid or Senior IT Recruitment Specialist who will take ownership of projects, contribute to our brand presence, and help shape the next stage of our company’s development.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end IT Recruitment
• Manage full recruitment cycles independently – role briefing, sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, managing expectations, and offer support.
• Work on a wide variety of IT roles: Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data, Product, Cybersecurity, and more.
• Perform thorough screening and competency-based interviews.
• Build tailored candidate profiles and ensure accurate data management across all systems.
Candidate Experience & Communication
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
• Act as a trusted advisor – consult candidates on market trends, salary levels, and career development opportunities.
• Maintain long-term relationships and a warm talent pipeline.
Client Partnership & Ownership
• Lead role-intake meetings and act as an advisor to clients when needed.
• Provide structured weekly status updates, insights, and recommendations.
Brand Development (Personal & Company)
• Actively build and grow your personal recruitment brand on LinkedIn and within the IT community.
• Contribute to strengthening the company brand through consistent communication, insights, and value-driven interactions.
Marketing & Content Involvement
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on:
o Content ideas
o Social media campaigns
o Recruitment-related articles
o Employer branding initiatives
• Publish job postings across platforms and ensure they reflect the company’s tone and quality standards.
Market Research & Sourcing Strategy
• Use diverse sourcing channels – LinkedIn, communities, referrals, internal database.
• Identify new sourcing tactics, technologies, and market trends.
• Contribute to research projects and internal knowledge-building.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle IT recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
