Machine Learning Engineer

As part of their ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer – a motivated professional passionate about data, modeling, and building real-world AI applications.

Responsibilities:
➢ Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines to address complex business challenges;
➢ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation across multiple ML domains;
➢ Fine-tune and adapt language models (e.g., Transformers) for specific product or customer use cases;
➢ Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and statistical analyses to assess and improve model performance;
➢ Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability in production environments;
➢ Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into real products.

Requirements & Tech Stack:
➢ Minimum 3+ year of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles;
➢ Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pydantic, PyStats;
➢ Strong grasp of ML algorithm selection, training, tuning, and evaluation techniques;
➢ Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, including classification, regression, XGBoost, SVMs, and neural networks;
➢ Knowledge of experiment design, hypothesis testing, and statistical validation methods;
➢ Experience applying Agile practices in a collaborative environment;
➢ Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
➢ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field;
➢ Experience with LLM fine-tuning or data-driven optimization is a plus.
