MS 365 System Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and skilled MS 365 System Administrator to join our client’s team in Plovdiv. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about maintaining robust and secure IT systems.

As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting day-to-day technology operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, efficient, and secure services that meet the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities:
➢ Administer and maintain local and cloud-based IT infrastructure (servers, networks, operating systems);
➢ Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and other core services;
➢ Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services;
➢ Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues;
➢ Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security audits;
➢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner;
➢ Create and maintain documentation for systems and procedures;
➢ Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve incidents and implement solutions;
➢ Support IT projects, including new deployments, migrations, and integrations.

Requirements:
➢ Proven experience with at least 1 year of professional experience in System and Network Administration (Windows/Linux environments);
➢ Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and cybersecurity best practices;
➢ Experience with technical support, diagnostics, and incident resolution;
➢ Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or CCNA are highly desirable;
➢ English level—at least B1.

Nice to Have:
➢ Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V);
➢ Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS);
➢ Knowledge of ITIL practices or service desk management tools;
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
➢ Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
