Java/ .NET Senior Developer

We are looking for a talented Java /.NET Senior Developer to join one of our clients, a leading provider of cloud-based core banking platforms for the financial sector. Their cutting-edge technology powers advanced decision-based online services and is already deployed at Tier 1 banks.

Responsibilities:
➢ Design and develop scalable microservices for our core platform;
➢ Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment;
➢ Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code following best practices;
➢ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders as part of a Scrum team;
➢ Lead the technical design and development of major platform components and microservices;
➢ Mentor team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with development standards;
➢ Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting solutions for architectural reviews;
➢ Partner with delivery and customer support teams to ensure successful project implementations.

Requirements:
➢ At least 5 years of experience in server-side or enterprise application development;
➢ Proven experience in designing and developing server-side infrastructure
➢ Extensive expertise in Java 11 and the Spring framework;
➢ Previous hands-on experience with C#/.NET;
➢ Familiarity with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB;
➢ Solid understanding of clustering and microservices-based architecture;
➢ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;

Nice to Have:
➢ Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
➢ Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kiali.
