Python Developer

ImpacT Hire is currently looking for a Python Developer to join one of our partners – a fast-growing technology-driven company transforming the way people experience online retail.

Responsibilities:
➢ Design, implement, and optimize new features across the company’s customer platform and internal systems;
➢ Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and product managers to deliver seamless, efficient, and scalable functionality;
➢ Participate actively in architecture discussions, feature estimation, and technical planning;
➢ Review code and mentor junior engineers, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards;
➢ Take part in improving application performance, reliability, and fault tolerance;
➢ Contribute ideas for architectural improvements and process optimizations.

Requirements:
➢ 3+ years of experience with Python and Django applications;
➢ Hands-on experience with database design, data modelling and working with Maria DB or other relational databases;
➢ Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Celery for background task management and data processing;
➢ Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems;
➢ Understanding of asynchronous operations, performance optimization, and error handling in distributed environments;
➢ Comfortable working in CI/CD environments, using automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines;
➢ Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
➢ Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
