Retention Agent

We’re working with a well-established and regulated online trading company to find a Retention Agent with solid experience in the Forex sector. Responsibilities:
➢ Cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their investment goals and offering personalized solutions;
➢ Actively monitoring client portfolios and sharing tailored strategies to help them maximize performance;
➢ Keeping up-to-date with market movements, economic news, and trading innovations to provide timely insights;
➢ Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the client journey and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
➢ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within finance or trading;
➢ Previous background as an Account Manager or in client retention/sales;
➢ Solid grasp of financial markets, investment products, and trading practices;
➢ Strong communication skills – able to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently;
➢ Tech-savvy and comfortable with trading platforms and digital tools;
➢ Analytical mindset and the ability to draw insights from financial data;
➢ Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to market changes.
