Senior React Developer

ImpacT Hire is currently looking for a Senior React Developer to join one of our clients – a leading international technology company developing large-scale digital solutions built on modern cloud architectures.

Responsibilities:
➢ Design and develop modern software architectures using React, AWS, Microservices, NoSQL & RDBMS, and event-driven architectures;
➢ Take ownership of solution architecture and continuously improve performance, scalability, modularity, and operational efficiency;
➢ Participate in the full lifecycle of product features—from inception to delivery—within an ambitious, long-term roadmap;
➢ Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and presentations to help teammates explore and adopt new technologies;
➢ Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives;
➢ Foster open communication and a feedback-driven culture, actively supporting constructive discussions and conflict resolution.

Requirements:
➢ 4+ years of experience developing modern web applications using React;
➢ Proven experience building reusable libraries and components following Atomic Design System principles;
➢ Strong knowledge of TypeScript, object-oriented programming, and concurrent event-based systems;
➢ Hands-on experience with GraphQL and designing or consuming APIs;
➢ Deep understanding of frontend architecture, MVC principles, and application design patterns;
➢ Experience working with design systems and ensuring visual and functional consistency;
➢ Knowledge of E2E testing frameworks (WebdriverIO, Selenium, or similar);
➢ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:
➢ Expertise in React.js and Atomic Design Systems;
➢ Experience with PHP Symfony (advantageous for backend collaboration);
➢ Familiarity with both SQL and schema-less databases;
➢ Experience with AWS cloud and serverless computing;
➢ Working knowledge of Apollo GraphQL;
➢ Experience designing and building microservices using Node.js and Nest.js/Express frameworks.
