Support Specialist with German

ImpacT Hire is actively seeking a Client Support Specialist with German for one of our clients, a leading company specializing in business and professional software solutions for planning, construction, and manufacturing in the furniture and interior design industry. This role involves maintaining the systems of a reputable German company.

Responsibilities:
➢ Manage user inquiries from initial contact through error analysis to developing solutions via phone or ticketing system;
➢ Process inquiries effectively—from the initial inquiry, through fault analysis, to solution development;
➢ Perform software installation and management tasks;
➢ Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
➢ Completed secondary or higher education, ideally in IT;
➢ Experience in IT service and support is preferred but not mandatory;
➢ Solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on service excellence;
➢ Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written (minimum Level B2).
